I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was ideal for me as it was near enough to FRA airport for convenience, but still in a peaceful area. Secondly, the staff were attentive and the service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. Finally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Decent breakfast spread and a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The spa area was a nice surprise where I got to relax.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, the smell in the hallway and the room was really unpleasant and it felt like the carpets hadn't been replaced in years. Despite the cold weather, the heating wasn't on and I had to request for an extra blanket as I felt really cold.
